Summer @ Livsee
Sharing details about my work at the property tech startup Livsee.
This summer, I worked as an Analytics & Systems Associate at Livsee, a property tech startup focused on streamlining operations and data workflows for the multifamily housing industry through a targeted AI leasing chatbot and accompanying internal platform. My work spanned data management, internal process documentation, and early-stage product enablement.
I began the summer by helping clean and restructure a large prospect database to support targeted sales outreach. This involved parsing and organizing lead lists in Excel and Google Sheets, identifying key property management companies based on unit size and software usage, and refining the structure to allow for more efficient CRM tagging and filtering. The result was a centralized, filterable tracker that improved visibility into high-value leads.
In parallel, I supported onboarding initiatives by creating draft training videos and walkthroughs that demonstrated how to use Livsee’s core product features. While the final videos were re-recorded internally so they could be edited with a consistent voice later, my work provided the scripts, flow, and user perspective needed to guide production. I also helped refine the internal employee handbook, standardizing the formatting and building out a dynamic table of contents to ensure accessibility and consistency across teams.
Another area of focus was research and strategy. I conducted a competitive analysis of top companies in the PropTech and AI leasing space and compiled a deck summarizing key differentiators, integrations, and go-to-market strategies. I also researched and drafted materials related to startup credit programs, including AWS Activate and Twilio's AI Startup Searchlight program, to help Livsee access potential funding resources as their cloud computing needs grew.
Throughout the internship, I leaned into cross-functional work — from CRM hygiene to content creation — while keeping a clear focus on clarity, structure, and strategic value. It was a fast-paced and collaborative environment that pushed me to communicate precisely, manage competing priorities, and find solutions that balanced short-term needs with long-term impact.
